After breakfast, we went to the National Palace Museum. We cannot take photos in the museum and we have to keep quiet in the museum. There were officers walking around with a signboard asking you to be silent and if you make noise, they will appear in front of you with the signboard. All of us have to wear a kind of earphone and our tour guide will explain things to us through a small mic which we can hear in the earphone. I do not understand most of the explanation as my mandarin is limited.
After that, we reached Martyr's Shrine just in time to watch the changing of the guard. Two guards will just stand at the entrance of the shrine without moving for 2 hours. I thought the guards are just statues until I saw the eyes blink.
Next, we went to Taipei International Flower Expo. It was quite a nice place to visit with all the nice flowers except that we queued up for 2 hours before it's our turn to go in. We heard from our tour guide that there were so many people on the day we go due to the expo is ending. That's why everyone was rushing to go to the expo.

After that, we went to Jiu Fen. THe road up to Jiu Fen is windy and hilly just like the road up to Genting. The scenery up to Jiu Fen was nice. The houses were built in such a special way.
At night, we went to Tai Chung's Feng Jia night market.
We bought the food that Taiwan is famous for- Smelly Tauhu
That night, we stayed in Wen Won hotel, Taichung
