Currently, I’m watching ‘Pages of Treasure’ starring Wayne Lai, Eric Suen and Sonija Kwok. This is the first drama that Wayne starred after his ‘Best Supporting Actor’ win at the annual TVB award. Although this drama is not those highly rated such as ‘The Gem of Life’ and others, it still make a good watch for weekdays night.
One thing to say about Eric Suen in this show. This guy never ages. I think he’s already in the entertainment circle when I was still in primary school and that was almost 16 years ago. If I’m not mistaken, Jimmy Lin and Nicky Wu were also very famous that time. At that time, I thought Eric is a Taiwanese star as he sings mandarin songs. But he’s in a TVB drama and his Cantonese is good. I cannot hear any Taiwanese slang in his Cantonese so I guess I must be wrong before this.
