I will describe the way here. First, enter by Seremban highway as I stay in Seremban. Turn out once reaching the ‘Persimpangan Nilai Utara’. Once turn in, it’s the Elite highway already. Just follow the signboard ‘Ipoh’ all the time. Halfway through the highway, it will be connected to NKVE highway. Just follow the signboard all the way. I exited at the Ipoh South highway and turn left on the 3rd junction. This is the way that the highway toll guy taught me.
Once reached Ipoh, I have difficulty finding the hotel. Although I called the hotel people, they could not figure out where am I as I just gave the names of some Chinese restaurants. But, once I found Ipoh Parade, it’s much easier to find the way. During the stay there, we tried many famous Ipoh food such as ‘nga choi kai’, sar hor fun, dim sum, etc..

We did not go anywhere far on the 1st day as we were worried that we can’t find the way back to our hotel so we just went to Ipoh Parade. We did go out exploring by foot though near the shops surrounding the hotel. But I was quite surprised that although Ipoh is a city, there’s not much car by the time it is 7pm. This place is really good for a relaxing stay or holiday.
The next day, I decided to ask the way to the famous Ipoh temples set among natural stalactite and stalagmite. Good thing that they are situated on our way to highway so that I do not need to worry on how to get to the highway after the visit.
As a few temples were at the same place, we went to visit all of them. There are Ling Seng Tong Temple, Sam Poh Tong Temple and Nan Tien Tong Temple. I am very awed at the architecture there. Imagine how the temples were built so many decades ago without the current technology.

After that, we started our journey back to Seremban. On the journey back, I’m not sure which highway entrance I used but it’s on the way to all the temples. On the highway, I just follow the sign showing Johor/KL until the Sungai Buloh overhead bridge RNR. There will be 2 junctions after that and follow the roadsign showing the ‘KLIA’ sign. Of course after that, there will be signs showing to Seremban.
